Long-term Placement Director
Since joining the ABC team in 2014, Brittany has retained her title as the friendliest (and possibly the most social) member of the placement team. She’s a natural matchmaker and bringing people together, so it makes total sense she’s excelled in her role as a Placement Director for nearly a decade!
With over 12+ years of customer service, recruiting and networking experience under her belt, Brittany leads our team with caring, confidence, thoughtfulness and poise. A graduate of Colorado State University, where she received her BA in Communication Studies, Brittany began her professional career working as a technical recruiter in Denver. While recruiting was a great match for her, she chose to put her skills to work in an area nearer and dearer to her heart: supporting Colorado families, nannies and household staff - and she’s never looked back (luckily for us all!). She is a wealth of information and skillfully walks our clients and candidates through the process of hiring a household employee, and she does it all with a smile. In 2018 Brittany was awarded one of the industry’s top honors for her work at ABC: Colorado Staffing Association’s Staffing Employee of the Year! Our resident rock-star is unflatteringly positive, approaches her role each day with a can-do attitude and is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients and candidates.
When not working, Brittany loves spending time with her husband, and her two tiny fur-babies (she’s a dedicated Yorkie mom), hiking and skiing, and spending time with her vast network of friends and family here in Colorado.
