Experience You Can Trust

It’s a big decision. Hiring someone to care for your children can be a stressful endeavor, but we’re here to help. As mothers, former nannies, and placement specialists we understand how important finding the right long-term match is and we’ll make it easy as possible for you. From an experienced nanny to care for your little ones, to a proactive nanny manager to care for the kids and keep your home running smoothly, to a family assistant who’ll manage the day-to-day operations of your family-life, our experienced consultant will work closely with you to find the ideal person for your children, and your family as quickly as possible.

We’ll do the tedious and time-consuming work of screen through dozens of candidates for your position, hand-pick the best available childcare professionals for you to interview, and once you’ve met the right person for your family, we’ll guide you through the hiring process and beyond. Our process—refined and simplified over the last 25 years—results in long-lasting placements for hundreds of Colorado families each year. We have the experience you need, when you need it most. Now let’s get started!

Nannies
Your Partner in Parenting

Experienced nannies are our speciality. Our nanny placement service is ideal for parents who have younger children (newborn to school age) and need care at least 30+ hours per week for at least 6 months, but ideally for the next few years. Nannies are invested in your child's well-being, development and education. It's a nanny's responsibility to provide structure, balance and consistency. Together, with you, they’ll develop a daily schedule, plan educational and engaging activities, they’ll prepare the kids’ meals, help with their laundry, keep the house tidy and more. And while most nannies in Colorado are live-out (they don’t live in your home), we also place live-in nannies upon request. Good nannies are worth their weight in gold. Get started today…you won’t regret it!

Nanny Managers
Part Nanny, Part House Manager

In response to our clients’ request for consistent, caring long-term support once their children enter school part-time we created the nanny manager role. A nanny manager will care for your children when they are not in school (half days, after school, sicks days, breaks) with all the zest of a great nanny, because they’re just that: experienced nannies looking for a bit more variety in their career. They’ll also assist with household chores like running errands, grocery shopping, assisting with children’s laundry, organization projects and more while the kids are in school. Is there anything better for growing families? We don’t think so.

Family Assistants
An Assistant for Busy Parents

A family assistant: like a personal assistant for busy parents who also does childcare and household chores. Yes, they exist, and they’re awesome! Really, what busy parent hasn’t dreamed about hiring someone to help with the day-to-day chores required to keep their family, and their life, organized? Family Assistants can research the appropriate camps and classes for the kids, make family travel arrangements, prepare snacks and meals, run errands, and since most are experienced or former nannies, they’ll also help care for the kids, their transportation, activities and more. You decide what duties are most important—we’ll find the ideal person for the job.

Timing & Pricing Information

We understand flexibility is a must at this stage in life. We’ll work closely with you to ensure the process of hiring the ideal nanny, nanny manager or family assistant is as quick and stress-free as possible so you can focus on what matters most. Most families hire a childcare professional through ABC in 2-4+ weeks, sometimes less, sometimes longer, depending on the specifics of the position (i.e. location, hours, rate of pay et cetera), candidate availability and requirements. We understand your time matters, and we’ll do our best to not take too much of it.

Our fee structure is on competitive with other established in-home placement agencies across the nation. We’re not the cheapest (yes, the cat’s out of the bag) in the marketplace, but we believe we earn our fees. We have several placement packages that cater to the varying needs and preferences of our clientele. Simply choose the package that’s right for you. And because we know you have other options in the marketplace, we’ll work hard, day-in and day-out, to win your business now, and for years to come.
