We recognize childcare needs are as varied as the children being served. Not everyone needs full-time or even long-term childcare - we get that. As you’ve likely found out on your own finding high-quality, experienced, and reliable childcare providers on a part-time or short-term basis is difficult. The good news is after nearly 30 years in the Colorado marketplace, we’ve cracked the code. Whether you’re looking for a consistent part-time nanny, a full-time nanny for a few months, a handful of reliable babysitters for as-needed coverage you have come to the right place.

Childcare is not one size fits all. We believe all families deserve high-quality childcare, no mater what the situation is. We’ve harnessed nearly 3 decades of experience to develop a pool of experienced, reliable, and vetted nannies open to part-time hours (18-27+ hours per week) as well as shorter contracts (2-6+ months), even full-time! We’ll find the care you need, for the timeframe you need, when you need it most.

Are they All College Students?

No. Those we represent as as diverse as the cities we work in; they are students, they are teachers, they are the oldest of five kids (a.k.a. the “natural”), they are professional nannies looking for a extra hours.

Our Screening Process

We expect all of our employees—whether they work 4 hours or 40 hours per week—to be reliable, trustworthy, safety conscious, patient and kind. We work diligently upfront to ensure every potential employee is thoroughly evaluated prior to representation to ensure they are a fit for our families and for our team. Each nanny and sitter, prior to ever working for one of our clients, must undergo a two-part interview process, have positive references from former employers (reference checks done in-house), pass an extensive and thorough background check, and complete several hours of training on Child Development, Child Safety and Well-Being, Best Practices and more. If they’re not good enough for our kiddos, they’re not good enough for yours either.
