Originally from the plains of Eastern Colorado/Western Nebraska, this busy working mom leads her business with the same core values that guided Midwest upbringing: integrity, a strong work ethic, a focus on quality and the ability to laugh when life gets tough. Over the past decade, ABC Nannies has continued to grow and thrive under her direction. Providing the highest quality customer service, placing only the best nannies and household staff, and listening – genuinely listening – to the needs of families and household professionals is what drives Jami and her staff.
In addition to her professional experience as a professional recruiter and nanny, Jami and her husband also employed three fantastic nannies/family assistants over the course of a decade, all from ABC of course, to care for their two children and help keep their home running smoothly. So, there is no doubt Jami’s 25+ years of professional experience in the in-home industry, combined with her personal experience as a mother and household employer, and education (BA and MA from University of Colorado…go Buffs!) make her the perfect person to steer ABC Nannies, as President and owner, into the next 20 years.
And in her spare time, Jami also enjoys giving back to the in-home nanny and domestic placement industry as whole; she has served on the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA) Board of Directors since 2009 and is currently the acting President of the association.
