We are delighted to welcome Scarlet to the ABC team! As kind and patient as they come, Scarlet is often the first stop for candidates who are starting their in-home job search with ABC, and she’s the perfect person to welcome them. With a B.S. in Nursing, and over seven years in the staffing and service industry, Scarlet’s natural abilities shine through as our Recruiting Specialist.
Lucky for us, Scarlet fell into recruiting by accident in 2015, and she has never looked back. She spent several successful years in the healthcare recruitment field, drawing on her degree, before joining the ABC team in 2021. In addition to her professional experience, Scarlet is also a “blissful” (yep, she used that word) mother of two and an in-home employer - she employs a great full-time nanny for her kiddos. It’s this magic combination of experience that makes Scarlet so darn good at her job. She’s quick, she’s kind, she’s a great listener, and she knows what quality in-home care truly looks like. And rest assured, she understands when you’re looking for a new job, a sense of urgency and keen attention to detail are of utmost importance, and she’s got you covered. She will do whatever she can to ensure every ABC candidate has a positive experience, and for that and many other reasons, we think she’s pretty awesome.
When she’s not working, Scarlet loves spending time with her husband and two children…the sweetest brother/sister duo we’ve seen, if we do say so ourselves, reading, being outdoors, or just cozying up for some quality time together with her family.
