Flexible Boulder Family Assistant Needed 35 to 45 hours a week!

Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: The Schedule and hours are flexible as the family also has an Au pair. They are open to a full-time flexible family assistant at 40 to 45 hours a week or a part-time family assistant 4 days a week at 35 hours a week. The full-time family assistant will need to be able to work one weekend day every other week.
About the Family:
· Care will be needed for a bright and inquisitive little girl who is 2 years old.
· Dual working parents who travel for work.
· One sweet dog lives in the home.
· An NDA will be required to protect the family’s privacy.
About the Job:
· Responsibilities encompass all standard family assistant duties, such as childcare, schedule management, organizing educational activities and games, light housekeeping for tidiness, meal preparation, toy organization, laundry, running errands, grocery shopping, overseeing organizational projects, dishwashing, vendor coordination, minimal pet care, transportation for pickups/drop-offs, and arranging after-school activities
· Travel is required based on guaranteed hours, once every other month for 3 to 7 days at a time (max).
· All benefits, including 12 days of PTO, paid major holidays, a health insurance stipend, and guaranteed hours are being offered
· Standard vaccinations are strongly desired.
The Ideal Candidate: The Ideal Candidate for the position should be a dedicated career family assistant and/or nanny manager, committed to fulfilling a role for the next 2+ years. With a minimum of 5+ years of professional in-home employment experience, they should demonstrate strong technological proficiency and a willingness to engage actively, including getting on the floor to play. Proactivity in household tasks and in planning enriching activities for the family's daughter is highly valued. The family has treated their past nanny and au pair with great respect, and they are eager to welcome someone else into their family!
