Seeking Recruiter + Staffing Consultant to Join our Growing Team



We are growing like crazy and are seeking a dynamic individual to lead, nurture and develop a team of existing nannies and sitters ASAP. Consultant will be responsible for the management and growth of our short-term employees - from hiring, training, on-going development, and daily management. Our best people take a very hands-on, engaged approach to their positions, understanding that leading by example is the best way to lead. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, is a quick learner, has a strong attention to detail and can effectively lead and manage a geographically distributed team throughout the metro area. 

Consultant Will Be Responsible For: 
• Recruiting, hiring and training new employees/talent
• Providing effective leadership and coaching to a team of employees
• Monitoring employee's progress and holding them accountable to company standards
• Partnering with co-workers to ensure order fulfillment for all lines of business (day-to-day, PT jobs, backup care call etc)
• Set goals and measures, report on progress; prepare and present bi-weekly KPI data

Knowledge and Skill Requirements: 
• 1+ year management/supervisory experience, ideally of shift employees (i.e. retail, banking, office etc) 
• Demonstrated leadership ability (in college or professional positions)
• Demonstrates professionalism when communicating with employees, customers etc
• Must possess the finesse required for successful employee development and mentoring
• Must be able to work effectively in web-based applications and email, word processing, excel spreadsheets etc
• Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree
